  • Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, forms, dashboards, and automated processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Provide application support across ERP, WMS, CRM, QMS, financial accounting systems, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user access, licensing, security groups, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and related administrative functions.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, application changes, requirements, testing results, training materials, and support procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison among business users, IT, software vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and company leadership.
  • Support user training, system adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor application performance, issue trends, user feedback, and enhancement requests to improve reliability, usability, and business value.
What You Bring

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, business systems, computer science, business administration, accounting, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant practical experience will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process-improvement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID, security, licensing, and Power Platform tools.
  • Experience or demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, connectors, forms, dashboards, workflows, or other low-code technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP concepts and core business processes, such as order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, finance, reporting, customer management, and system security.
  • General knowledge of SAP, WMS, CRM, QMS, financial accounting systems, or comparable enterprise applications.
  • A basic understanding of financial accounting concepts, including general ledger structure, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, analyze business needs, support testing and change management, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, follow-through, and continuous-improvement skills.
  • Experience in agriculture, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or a dealer-based business environment is beneficial.
What Will Help You Succeed

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
