Position Overview
Titan Pro is seeking a highly motivated Associate System Administrator. By joining Titan Pro, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate, focused, and driven individuals.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
Assist in the maintenance of servers, backups, and security updates.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Google G-Suite applications.
Respond to user requests and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Document processes, configurations, and known issues.
Collaboration with Senior System Administrator and IT leadership on projects and upgrades.

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
One to two years of desktop support or system and network administration experience.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Basic understanding of virtualization, cloud platforms, or backup systems is a plus.
Must be willing to work in the Clear Lake office.
